The Centennial Area Health Education Center develops and delivers education on important health topics with a special focus on social determinants of health to support community health education. 

The Centennial Area Health Education Center strives to improve healthy living in the Northeast region of Colorado through collaboration with local coalitions and Partnerships.

Our partners at CU Anschutz provide a Mini-Med series each fall where professional medical educators teach simplified medical basics that anyone can learn and apply. This program is currently in redevelopment. If you would like to be notified when Mini-Med is relaunched, please let us know and we'll notify you when registration is open.

Community members have the opportunity to be a part of the health career pathway when they Host a Student completing clinical rotations in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, and more!

During the Covid-19 pandemic, CAHEC worked to compile a series of video interviews with various Colorado community members, particularly those in the health sectors, to record and learn from their experiences. This Covid-19 interview archive is available for public use as an educational and research resource.
