mission of the Centennial Area Health Education Center is to enhance health
(individual and community) in northeastern Colorado by building collaborations
with local providers and organizations and utilizing educational strategies
to address health disparities and workforce shortages.
CAHEC
serves the following Northeastern Colorado counties: Kit Carson - Larimer
- Lincoln - Logan - Morgan - Phillips - Sedgwick - Washington - Weld - Yuma.
