Brain Injury Seminar
On March 19, 2010, CAHEC will use the University of Colorado Denver Health Sciences Center ITV System, which is a
closed circuit, interactive, television network to broadcast “Community Transitions for Adults with Brain
Injury”.
This intermediate level seminar promotes the effective transition of persons with brain injury as they encounter
significant changes in their lifestyle including rehabilitation settings, home, school, work, and community.
Content has been selected based on its usefulness in providing effective care related to transition challenges
and opportunities.
The event will be co sponsored by The Greeley Center for Independence, Inc. and CAHEC and
partially funded by Colorado Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund.
The main location of this program will be at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland.

REGISTRATION FEES:
$50 at MCR (includes lunch)
$25 at ITV site (bring your own lunch)
