Sally Henry - Executive Director
Sally Henry, MA, RN, FHCE
Executive Director
shenry@cahec.org
Ext. 13

Sally’s spent most of her life on the east coast and just moved to Colorado in 2005. This is the first time she’s lived away from water and it’s still a bit of a struggle for her. A nurse by background, she has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare education including leading AHECs in New Jersey and Oregon. She has 2 grown sons: Russ, who lives back east with her 2 grandchildren, Sarah and Azie, and Curtis in Denver. He and his wife Amy are expecting their first child any minute now.  Sally lives in Loveland with 2 dogs and a small parrot (the dogs are welcoming, but Zeus guards his turf fiercely!).  Shadow, an 8 year old Golden Retriever loves to come to work, but must stay home these days to play with his foster-brother Ben, a Golden/Some-Kind-of-Hound mix, who’s looking for a forever home.

Donna Herman - Administrative Assistant
Tracy Darrington
Administrative Assistant
tdarrington@cahec.org

Ext. 10

Tracy Darrington joined the staff at CAHEC in October, 2010, as Administrative Assistant.  She brings more than 20 years of administrative experience to CAHEC, plus 9 years as the editor of an agricultural newspaper.  In 2010, she also traveled to Columbus, Ohio, where she spent time working at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Infectious Diseases and Immunology, juggling the schedules of 9 physicians, and specializing in administrative support for the Tuberculosis program there.
Tracy has lived in rural Colorado all of her adult life, and wouldn’t change that for anything. She will readily tell you that rural folks are the true “salt of the earth.” Tracy has two children – Larry Jr. and his wife, Ginger, who live in Pierce, CO, and Mandy Shepherd and husband Troy, and six grandchildren, all in Ohio.
If you ask Tracy what she likes to do when she is not busy working, she will quickly tell you, “I love to sew and quilt!”
